There is no contact form on this site, on purpose. An email reaches a person who can actually do something about it, which a form usually does not.
Write to hello@latentshoot.com about your account or a project, a feature you need that is not there, something that went wrong on a shoot day, or anything about billing the Stripe portal on your account page does not cover.
If what you want to know is "what does this do" or "how do I plan a shoot with it," the feature pages and the guides will get you there faster than an email will. For anything about what Latentshoot stores and who can see it, that is the privacy policy.
If something has gone wrong, the most useful thing to send is the shoot day, the browser you were using, and what you actually saw happen — especially on set, where it helps to know what appeared to get stuck and whether it caught up later.
